The ones in the frozen section of grocery stores.
I've seen em for $5.99 for a 20 pack.
I usually get organic beef whenever it comes to hamburgers.
I now REALLY need to shop on a tight budget though.
I notice they have a high fat content.Alot higher than organic burgers but they're so much cheaper in cost.
I figure, hey,i'll just drain the fat off with the Foreman Grill.
Should'nt that make em legitimately A-Okay...?

I grow corn, peanuts, bananas, rice which never use commercial petroleum-based fertilizers or herbicides and pesticide. I use natural farming methods. Corporations need to make lots of money but I prefer to grow things that are good for people and animals. Cheers!!

If you are really worried about it go for the frozen ground turkey patties. I buy them because I have a family to feed and it is a very economical way to feed them. So I guess it depends on what is more important, the fat content or the cost?
