Do You Prefer A Bath Or A Shower?

I normally take a shower in the mornings for two reasons, 1. It seems faster than a bath and 2. My 2 year old son is still asleep in the mornings. Friday night I put my son to bed early and thought I would take a relaxing bath. It was so nice just laying back in the tub, the water so warm. I was so relaxed and it just being me and my thoughts. I think if I had more time and more "alone" time that I would prefer to take bathes just because they are more relaxing. Do you prefer a bath or a shower?

I prefer showers. Bath's take too long and I swear I never am able to actually relax in a bath. I just don't feel comfortable. Maybe our tub is too small or something but I just don't find them relaxing at all. Showers are quick, make me feel better and relax me more than baths do.

I prefer to soak in the bath. I do not like taking a shower because I do not feel I got all of me clean and I have to stand on one foot while lifting the other foot to clean the sole of my foot, and then reversing the process. Whereas in the bath, I am sitting down. Besides I also saw Psycho and that made me a bit nervous in case there was a guy out there with a knife.

Hi ,singlemommy,in India where i live we don`t have the luxury of bathtubs and we don`t need warm water becoz the climate is usually hot and humid throughout the year. Besides bathtubs are only for the super rich who go for luxurious bathrooms comparable to that in Western countries. In India becoz of the exploding population and space constraints our house are designed to save space and therefore our bathrooms generally do not have bathtubs though nowadays the builders and developers do provide such facilities in the apartments they design.
Personally i take a shower bath everyday in the morning. Since i am at home as i have retired i bathe only once though many a time it is neccessary to bathe in the evenings due to the hot weather especially during summer.

I prefer to take a shower instead of a bath. I used to take baths all of the time but now I take showers. Showers are a lot faster and sometimes I just don't have the time, there is always someone else needing the bathroom. So, now I am a shower person.

I prefer to take a bath and that was I'll always do every day. I like to have a shower if I'm in a hurry. For me taking a bath every day is nice and I feel my body get more relax than shower only. I used cold water when I'm taking a bath. Just a fresh water.

I really do enjoy a nice warm bath, but I usually only take baths when I am feeling ill to soothe my aches. Most of the time I just take showers though since they are indeed a little quicker sometimes.

I prefer to take a shower in the morning, but the huse I live in has a tub in the bathroom, and the shower is downstairs in the basement. Our basement is really cold this time of year, so I regularly take a bath rather than go into the cold basement to shower. I enjoy taking baths when I want to relax.

I honestly preference a bath, but never really have the time for one. Every once in a while I do however have the opportunity, and feel those few times are much nicer than frequently rushed showers. I suppose I enjoy soaking and relaxing in the tub instead of standing there under a constant flow of water.
