Need Further Assistance - How to get through 300 EC Drop a day???

And as the title suggests, please share your ideas. Presently, I can hardly manage 30+ drops/day withing 45 min.
Do you undertake parallel tasks while dropping?
Do you open multiple websites in different browsers?
I know a lot of you are going pretty well with EC. So, please come on and suggest me how to ensure full use of it?
