I get angry with a guitarist

there's a guy ,he live near my house .I don't know how long he learn guitar but I got angry with him because he always play guitar in midnight when every body sleeping . Sometime there are some of his friend come and they both play guitar and sing loudly . At first time,most of people around his house feel tired with him and his friend .But we can do nothing with him because he live in his house and we can't kick him away ,we don't own his house . Although we talked to him about the trouble he made ,but he don't think it's a big problem . So bad .

Oh, it is so bad to have such an annoying neighbor that makes the others unable to fall asleep at night. So another way to make him aware of his annoying behavior to the others is to play music while he goes to sleep after his not playing the guitar to make him know how disgusting it is to behave so. May be he is trying to attract somebody's attention. I too would really hate people of such kind. He is very inconsiderate of other people. All he thinks is himself. You can always report him to proper authorities for public disturbance. We all have the right to have our own peace and not be disturbed especially in the middle of the night.;-)

As a neighbor he should understand others privacy who live around him. Supposedly he can play his guitar through headphone. My friend also plays guitar like this and he ended up playing at home when police arrived in front of the house. Why don't you try this by lodge a police report since you already talked to him nicely regarding the problem.
