Will You Prefer DotNet Or DotCom?

I like dotcom before dotnet, although i haven't got any specific reason for telling this. Have a nice day.

I still perfer Dotcom domain coz most of ppl use to dotcom not of Dotnet, and coz of this reasone there is more scope for earning from domain and there is easy in search engine capability involved.agree with the fact that dotnet is already make trend in technology.so most of sites are build in dotnet technology.

I prefer dot com. since its common, everyone will try our site's name with the dotcom extension first, if they don't remember our extension. and its easy to hit dot com by using keyboard shortcut ctrl+Enter . ITS easy to remember.

i did prefer dotcom because it is very common, anybody just blindly put .com with site name. not everybody no the difference .net .biz .com. etc. I think unless and until i don't have some company i wouldn't use .net.

Okay lets make up a story. Let's say you have an online flower delivery business. And you have a neighbor named Sam. He is also in the online flower delivery service business. And then you both registered the same domain name. Sam took www.flowerydelivery.com Meanwhile you took www.flowerdelivery.net Now here comes the question. Which website will people find the easiest? Which website will always be visited first before the other website? And that my friend is one of the reason why the one flower business will be number one while the other will be number two or obscurity. ;)

I think I would go for dotnet as well, because dotcom is mostly used and - like you said - very few domain owners use dotnet. And that's why I would probably have a lot more domain name possibilities with dotnet!

i prefer the dotnet because it`s better from lot of reasons: Verry good for search engines Dotcom its verry usualy and dotnet it`s something newer It`s not a regional domain and it`s world domain ANd i`m sure he has more reasons for this :) What do you think guys?
