Hi too! I guess 30 minutes is the most time people would give for a late person. Happy posting!

I am not patient with people who do not turn up on time, maybe it's because I am always on time, most of the time I turn up early! So I start getting agitated if they haven't arrived on time, I keep looking at my watch and I even start doubting myself in the end, have I stipulated the right place to meet, the right time, I start questioning myself which is stupid really! It's as if I don't trust myself to get the meeting place right. I have waited up to an hour once and I was fuming! I think it would have been better to have gone home so my anger could have fused out instead of waiting and giving them the full throttle of my anger when they did arrive, it ruined the entire evening for both of us!

Oh dear.. I figure it was a date with your boyfriend or something? I also waited for somebody for an hour. I was ready to pounce on my friend if she didn't give me a good excuse. It turned out that they was an emergency at her house and she did try to contact me. She turned up on our meeting place just so she could tell me that she didn't forget our date.

I would wait..somewhat. :D Depends who / what I'm waiting for or where I am. If it's something that can't be helped, like traffic, I would wait for as long as I need to usually. Only about up to an hour though, depending on the weather. If it was something that could have been prevented (like being lazy, then getting stuck in traffic because of that), I would wait, but I'd get really annoyed at them. The longest I've waited for somebody would be around a few hours (I think around six or something around there).

I can be pretty impatient, especially when someone doesn't tell me that they're going to be late. I hate when people are late and don't say anything about it at all act meet with you like there's nothing wrong. I can take when someone lets me know ahead of time if they'll be late, that's tolerable.

Same here... I can wait a little bit longer if the person has a valid reason to be late. But there are times that a person would give you a lame excuse for being late. I hate that.

I'm really not the Person to wait for someone or anything.
Whenever there a Meet with a Friend, i always try to leave late and reach late because i hate to reach on time and wait alone (sometimes i feel like a FooL standing alone and doing nothing).
It so happened once that i reached the rendezvous on time and have kept waiting for over an hour and then i get a call from the friend that he/she won't be turning up coz of some other work OR it has happened That he/she keeps me waiting for long and Then turns up has a Coffee talks for about 10-15 minutes and end of meeting.
I questing myself everytime;
Do i really have to wait for someone?
How will they know that i have waited badly alone everytime?
Thats when i realize being late is the best Defense as there are excuses and can sometimes work only when with Friends.
For now I'm waiting for my Father to buy me an Apple iPod Touch, been waiting for over 6 months now and i'm completely irritated and Restless at the Moment.

I'm not always good at waiting. I hate waiting on people. It drives me crazy when someone says they'll meet me at a certain time. They'd better be there at that time and not 30 minutes later. I can forgive 5 minutes or so, but 10 or more and I start getting antsy.

No I am not good at waiting.
If the person is 15 minutes late, I
would expect a call.
Depending on the person, within 20min
I am gone.
Longest I would wait is 30 min.
If the person calls to explain, I might
make an exception. Depends on who it is.
Take care.
