Lets see what is the global charges for sending one test message.
I can send 550 text message in 1 Dollar.
Its almost free :)
And to CUG i can send 5500 Text Message per Dollar

I can send unlimited number of sms with less than a dollar from Smart Telecommunications here in Philippines. I need to load up my phone with few cents then register with the required command then submit as text. I will received a notification that i can start texting. It's only available locally and exclusively for Smart to Smart subscribers.
