Does anyone have an easy recipe for corned beef hash?

Mostly for corned beef,I'd prefer to make it myself but I looked it up and even though it is made with brine,which is water saturated with salt,I don't think it's as easy as it sounds. So far I've only tried canned stuff... Does anyone prepare corned beef themselves? If yes,how do you do it? The easier,the better
