Have you ever come across a broken/malfunctioning vending machine?

If yes,what was the most you got out of it?
The vending machine at my work was acting up a few months back and it would give you twice what you ordered. So if you paid for Snickers,you'd get 2-basically,buy one,get one free! lol I enjoyed it for a couple of days but then guilty conscience turned on and I had to tell the management.
I just recalled those happy days(with a sigh) as I had to pay 85 cents for one(1) pack of M&Ms...

ya, i have come across a broken vendo. but it was not a happy time for me because i did not get what i paid for -- twice! i was in another school, was only there for a seminar, and i was so thirsty i wanted a coke. my friend who was with me that time said that maybe i pressed the wrong button so she suggested that we put in money again. still no coke

You know,you can actually complain to the manager of the place the machine is in and they will refund your money but it is quite a hassle if you're there for a short time

LOL that's an amazing share. I wish I'd be able to chance on something like that! I don't like using vending machines often, here in the Philippines, whatever those machines have, we also have in a nearby store - at much cheaper prices! Vending machines are for those who are in too much of a hurry and are willing to pay more for the convenience :D

Yeah,you're right about the vending machines,it's same as using drop-off laundry service instead of doing your laundry yourself. I did that a few times when I was too busy but I can save quite a lot and exercise at the same time by going to the laundromat

yes! when i was in college, there was this coke vending machine in our building. when i dropped my money in the machine, no coke! i love coke, so it really ruined my day....

Aww,that's a BAD broken machine! lol I had experiences like that,too but I prefer to remember the good ones
