What was the best Comedy film you watched last year? I don't watch a whole lot of Comedy because of the crudeness they all seem to have these days. But a few that I really enjoyed was SASQUATCH GANG, KABLUEY, DRILL BIT TAYLOR, and TROPIC THUNDER. Let me know what you really liked and why. Maybe I'll check it out.:)

I actually only saw two comedies this year - Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and Four Christmases. I LOVED Nick and Norah and pretty much wish I could get my money back from Four Christmases.
It wasn't as bad as I had heard it was but it wasn't good either. The only reason I didn't hate it was because Reese Witherspoon was considerably less annoying than she is most of the time so that helped.
But Nick and Norah...! New addition to my list of favorite movies ever. It kind of documents my idea of a perfect night out with friends, which is a big reason I enjoyed it. Also, it was just genuinely funny. There were no gimmicks, no crude jokes (except the girl dropping her gum in the *gag* nasty toilet - previous experience tells us she is going to fish it back out), just good old fashioned funny.

It's great to hear you enjoyed Nick and Norah so much! When I saw the previews I thought it looked good and wanted to go see it but I never had the chance. I'll definitely be checking out the dvd though. :)
Sorry you didn't like Four Christmases to much. I know those kind of movies that you just wish you didn't spend the money on. I always planned to wait for this one on dvd anyway. ;)
Anyway, thanks for responding. I am really excited to see Nick and Norah now because it really sounds like my kind of comedy.
