In your opinion what is helping people

I try to help everyone whether I know them or not. My hubs has so many friends, some from the streets, some new apartment renters, some who work, but still can't feed themselves, some who live with their parents, etc. Just this past month I have given away food and utensils, pots and pans. If I could, I'd also give away money, but that's not applicable just yet. I am also the kind of person who if someone comes to me asking for money, and I have it, I'll give them a toonie or loonie instead of the usual 50 cents. I am just way too giving.

YES WOULD GO OUT TO HELP PEOPLE..FOR ME either in my closed or neighboor if they need my help i am helping with no regret.they said if help other person means u do that also to god..im happy to answer

I would rather go out of my way to help people who were directly in contact with me because it is easier to see the effect I have on them. I suppose it is in a way selfish to prefer what is more rewarding to myself but I am just being truthful. I do particpate in both ways I volunteer every week at a local food bank and again at an animal shelter but I also help personal friends and family that are in need and I prefer that a little more. I feel that I have more of an impact personally than I do with the volunteering.
