does God keep your life partner?

..i believe in God.. and I believe God has a purpose in giving me my partner.. In a relationship, we don't expect it to be perfect where nobody commits mistake.. there are situations being allowed by God to test how much we love that person that He gave us.. Even to the extent that our feelings are hurt.. When we love that person despite of the weaknesses and the mistakes he/she commits, then we could say we really love that person.. That's why when we enter into a relationship, we have to prepare ourselves for unexpected things that could possibly test how firm we are and how strong we are in guarding our love to that person.. we just need to open our hearts and mind to accept our love one whatever the mistakes are.. but we have to ask God to give us wisdom for us to make the right decisions in order for that mistake to serve as a lesson and part of experience nad we make sure that it will not happen again..
