Do you know anything to come out from strees?

I do meditation and breathing exercises daily so that gives me lot of confidence on me and i don't gt strees anytime so i want to know more techniques from you people so can please give me solutions for that one.

ya i also think that if u want to be come out from the stress then there is only one thing that can give you help and relax that is meditation because it gives so much of peace inside your body and full fill your all requirement of the body as fast as and if u do it in morning time then you will feel that you are now over from the stress you never fell stress in your life check this out dude

I agree. meditation is the best way to come out of stress. So is breathing exercise. I would also recommend listening to music. Music is one form of medicine. I works wonders. Every time I'm stress out, I listen to my favorite music. It helps me come out of stress. And it is essential that you stop thinking over and over about petty things(and things that you cant change). 'cos subconsciously you keep repeating it, it'll only increase your stress. Schedule your timings for your work. overload causes stress. Well, as for now I remember only these, If I get to know more I'll tell you.. Stay stress free..

I have thought about trying meditation to help relieve stress, but haven't done so yet. I really haven't found a way to relieve myself of all stress. I have decided this year that if it doesn't pertain to me then I don't worry about it.

Sure it gives great relax on your life because i have been practising more than four years so just inhale breath 10 seconds and hold it 10 seconds and exhale 10 seconds so try to maximise the counts you will get great feeling on this exercises.

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.
