What should i do? Please help me!

Several days ago,i helped my fellow villager purchase a laptop.To tell the truth,i knew little about laptop before i intended to buy one.We bought two.I have spent 5400 yuan,and she has spent 4000 yuan.Of course,my laptop is better then hers qualitively.Up to now, my laptop goes well.But hers has arouse some problems.At first is the power adater which doesn't support the computer.Then is the mouse.And now it can't surf the internet.I don't know how she will comment on me. Will she think that i'm so selfish that i just forced myself on my computer choosing?I always feel embrassed and it seems that i owe her.So please help me!

For power adapter problem, its companies fault that they provided wrong one,so company is responsible for that not you or your friend.
For mouse problem, is it external mouse or inbuilt mouse?
for internet problem, do one thing, first try to reinstall your operating system (ofcourse take backup first), and then try to connect to internet.
Best way will be to not to go to shop from where you have purchased it,visit its service center.They will help you.
Please tell me which company's laptop, and which operating system she is using.

Thanks for your answer.She is using Hp laptop.I have heard that Hp is a good brand.Yes, the seller have said that it's the company's fault and the same thing didn't happen before.The system was loaded when we bought the laptop.So i think the laptop has some problem.And i wish you should be careful when purchase a computer.After all it costs us a lot,isn't it?Thanks again for your response!

Yes.We shall go to the seller to change another one.But i have gone there twice in two days,which shows me so fool and troublesome.The seller is also embrassed.She is patient enough, i think,so i think the mainly reason is the computer manufacturer.

Maybe you should talk to her sincerely about your feeling, and then contact the principal actively with her. I think she would understand.
And I advise you that in future, if you are not on good terms with someone, you should not help him do something that even you are not familiar with, just like buying a laptop which concerns money.

Yes.I'm now very contradictory.I'm a sophomore,and she is a freshman.And we are in the same university far from our hometown.So i think fellow villagers shoud help each other.I don't know what she will think.Sometimes to help others is difficult.I think you are right and we should learn how to choose.Thanks for your response.
