what do you think about comparedby?us

I have started the same discussion a few hours ago and many had responded to my discussion. I want to share to you their responses. Comparedby.us had temporarily disabled "submit review" button for reason that they had encountered some spammers and they are trying to resolve the problem. The site administrator though promised that they will enable the reviews on Monday. We'll just wait for it.

I dont like this site's policy ,i didn't write much reviews i wrote only 7 reviews those are original but they deleted my reviews where as many spammers still enjoying their earning,they deleted all ratings ,they dont have clear guidelines,they should think before making any policy,i like ciao ,they have strict guidelines.

The admin decided to remove the earnings per rating since there are a lot of members who have been abusing it. What's worse is that, people make ratings to reviews that they did not even read it. A lot have been rating reviews with very helpful but the review only have 1 or 2 words in it. Much worse is those reviews with just 1 or 2 sentence and the products are mostly electronics and tech gadgets. On the other hand, review this is not available to all products at this time. There are only selected products that we can make a review and at this time it is still disabled due to some technical problems of the site.

i am not sure if they had stop paying for reviews. i only understand that they had temporary disabled the write review function. this can be found in their site announcement. i extracted some for your info and quick read. "We have experienced some major issues with our submit review module that has crashed our server several times in the last week. Unfortunately we were unable to fix the problem today and have had to disable the Submit Review button for the weekend. As many of you have noted, we have been experiencing some major issues with stability in the last few weeks. Our servers have crashed multiple times and ComparedBy.Us has been offline for almost 30 hours in that time. We have traced the source of the problem to our Review Submission process and the development team was working furiously on it this week. Due to the holidays we did not have enough time to solve the problem. As a result we have decided to disable the Submit Review function for the weekend. The dev team is close to a solution and they assure me that it can be fixed on Monday. Please check back Monday afternoon for a status update. You will not lose any of the reviews that you have written and you will be able to submit new reviews early next week. My apologies for our growing pains, we are working hard to solve the problems."
