is internet a virus spoiling our time?

i say yes without any second thoughts......... we spend lot of time in chatting ,orkut etc so we are wasting time a lot

No if we use it in correct way internet is good source and it can not spoil us by anyway.

Never. How can such a useful thing be called a virus. Actually what happens is that it can make you addicted to surfing, and when you have a not so important job, then also you spend your time in it to get entertained. But that is again a sort of entertaining medium, but definitely not harmful virus kind.

hey good way of looking at it..i think it is both ways, really depends how you wanna use the net and for what. if you wanna use it to search rubbish stuff then ya it can be a big waste of time, however if you wanna use it for work it can be so informative. there is a lot to learn on the net.

Well buddy, internet is just a way of communication to the rest of the world. If you can think like this way - we use telephones or mobiles to communicate with our relatives, friends and workplaces. Now, you can imagine how much you have to pay when you talk hours after hours to a friend or your close one lives out side your country. Internet made it easy. Beside all these you can get useful information form net easily for your projects etc. It's up to you that how you use internet. Man makes things to bring comfort to his life. For instance a knife can cut fruits, and cut throats of another human as well. Now, choice is yours how you use it....
