What do you think about new year resolutions and How many of you still follow it

didnt have any new years resolutions even before when i was a little kid. i did try to have a list of resolutions before but i didnt follow it so the next year i didnt write anymore resolutions. i did try to follow the resolutions. i was able to do it for only a month and then i just forget about continuing..
