how to deal the relationship with your colleague? It seems that it's bad to be too close to your colleague or too far away from them in mind?

hi there,,,
well in my view just behave like a friend to them not too calose not too far away as being too close can be dangerous for your proffesion and being too far will generate a negative wave in them regarding your behaviour

Thanks for your sharing. So that needs a degree, right? I used to be too close to my colleagues and often be with them even at weekends. I felt very tired.
