More than 80% of the problems ar generated through our routine and mostly they become to be chronic. I think the people if look into our own liestyle, they will get to know the reason for their own problems. All the slim people have similar problems & similarly with the obess. The main thing is we do not want to change or it is our own habit. It is beneficial to change a lifestyle towards a more ideal lifestyle. (peole doing practically). Some problems has to get reduction.
