No. I would have my biggest meal at lunch and then have the salad for your dinner with some chicken or shrimp. I try to eat the biggest meal during the time of day that I am most active. Doesn't always work but.....?!!

Generally speaking, no a salad like that everyday is good for you.
The only thing you have to watch for (other than the fatty and high sodium dressings) is that spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables have Vitamin K and iron. Vitamin K helps our healing process by increasing our ability to clot. This can cause problems for people with a history of blood clots or with a family history of clots or heart problems.
Iron is a touchy thing. We need it, but in moderation. Too little is not good for us, but too much is not good for us either. If you have a family history of kidney problems you may want to have your iron checked on your next doctor's appt (or donate blood - they check iron levels there too).

Generally speaking it isn't good to eat the exact same thing everyday. It would be good to eat a salad with your lunch every day, but make sure you mix it up. Use lots of dark leafy greens (like mentioned above) and put some orange and yellow veggies in there are well. Make sure you get some fibre and protein in your lunch too.
