hey friend , of course wise man may know the better way to spend money but if he don't be rich there is no use of knowing the better way of spending the money if he hav less which are sufficiant for his needs it self i think its no use, rich man should be wise i think

But it is not necessary for one to be wise to know how he can better spend the money as he can get to know the ways of spending by reading financial books and learning from his past experience.
