Remote upload from rapidshare to megaupload and vice-versa

Is there any way to remote upload from rapidshare to megaupload and vice-versa..
I have my files in both the places so if want to give mirrors in forums i can give both the links.. I don't want to upload it again so i want to remote upload from 1 to another if anyone knows how to this please let me know...
