does anyone think that a "live reality broadcast" of the antics that go on inside a used car sales yard would be of interest....it can be quite funny and very interesting at times

The key words being "at times". Hence you'd have to sift through a lot of tape to find those moments.
Though there are probably much worse ideas than this that have actually been produced.
