What's up with Nancy Grace?

Now, don't get me wrong, the woman can make some interesting points. Yet still, there is something about that woman I just do not like!
The woman was on TV tonight discussing John Travolta's son passing away and the real cause of his death. She did not say anything that was offensive about the Travolta's but went on a tangent about what business is it of the public and the media concerning the death of their son? Now, I agree with Nancy, it really isn't our business. We are not involved with the family other than being fans and I am sure many are like me who felt bad for the Travolta family, but why is it that a news woman is on NATIONAL TV telling the public it is NO ONE'S business when she is discussing the news reports as well?!?!?!
I think the woman is a bit over the top. Yes, it is my opinion, but seriously, if I met the woman I wouls have to walk up to her a knock her in the head. She is the most obnoxious person I have ever seen!

I'm thankful that Nancy Grace keeps us updated with the current headlines but you're right, there's something really annoying about it. To me I think it's her loud abnoxious voice. She seems like she has no emotion and is just reading cue cards. Now it's not like she isn't known so you would think a person with her familiarity would have to be a bit more emotional when it comes to relaying the news headlines. I'm sure she would be more enjoyable to watch if it wasn't all talk in her one tone (if you know what I"m saying)
I don't get her channel anymore since I've moved but we do have a tv with that channel at work and I like to watch it once in awhile when I can just to see what Nancy Grace is talking about.
Have a good day

Your right. haha. It is sad but true. I used to watch her pretty frequently because she occasionally covers things no one else does, at least in a very in depth. Lately, I stopped watching her just because she is getting obnoxious and seems borderline insane. She always has so many people on her show, yet when they disagree with her she acts like she is going to bite their heads off. Thats how I feel, at least. She's not really benefiting the world and exposing the truth when she comes off as overly dramatic, as well as damning of other viewpoints (not to mention she does not seem to give anyone the benefit of the doubt).

I miss Nancy Grace! I never cared much for her but I did like her show and the discussions she had. Because of financial problems, I had to get rid of my cable that gave me 100 channels, so now I only have basic lifeline cable which only gives you 23 channels, so there goes Nancy Grace!

rather hypocritical of her isnt it? im with you about Nancy Grace though. something about her just rubs be the wrong way also. i dont even know how to describe it. she has this air and tone of superiority that is very aggravating.
you know i once was watching her show and she didnt like what one of her "guests" had to say about some matter so instead of acting like an adult and saying "we have to agree to disagree" she actually did the 5 year old behind the parents back "nyah nyah" type thing..dont know what to call it, but you know when you turn around the the little goober is over exaggerating the mouth movements and making a face lol!
when i saw that it pretty much ended any interest i had in watching her show.

I am surprised she was talking about something different other than that Kaley story. The one with the missing little girl. I swear every time I have come across that show for the last month that is the only topic she has been on. I wouldn't mind the show so much if she dealt with different things but she gets on one topic and drags it out sor so long. Sometimes she asks questions and says things that regular news people are afraid to ask or say but it just goes on and on.

I used to watch Nancy Grace all the time but her coverage of the Caylee Anthony case just made me sick. She just would not get off of it. I know it was something that a lot of people were following and all but she was just so repetative about the whole thing. Every night it was the same thing over and over until I got sick of listening and anyway she has a voice that just goes through me anyway! LOL
She needs to know when to back off of something rather than running it in the ground.

Personally, I like to watch Nancy Grace. She can be annoying. I also agree, that she has no patience to hear a different opinion, other than her own. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that she used to be a prosecuting attorney... seems everyone is always guilty in her book and she plays that point up...
I think it will be very difficult for Casey to get a fair trial due to all the open publicity and all the details of the whole investigation made public...
And yes...Ms. Grace does seem to be running this case in the ground... maybe because she is now a mother herself.... I don't know... but I do know I can count on her to find out what's going on..

I saw the same thing and it bothered me too. Just weird -- a media person griping because of the media asking questions. Has she lost her marbles??

I have a hard time getting past that helmet hair. Which brings to mind I wouldn't knock her in the head, you might hurt yourself.

This women is a gossip columnist. It seems she is a ratings hound and just reports controversial events that will ultimately boost the ratings of her show. I have never liked the woman and have been frequently turned off by her brand of journalism.
Obnoxious is an understatement!

I have been watching Nancy Grace and her coverage of the Caylee Anthony's case. Since I have been watching that show I have come to the conclusion that Nancy does not and will not accept the fact that she can be wrong. If the panel that she has on her show agrees with her or say what she want to hear all is good. If they say something other than that she will not let them speak of finish what they are saying. I don't know why they agree to be on her show, she definitely needs to calm down and listen to what others has say. Everyone is entitle to their own opinion or belief.

I agree with you. She has made interesting points i nthe past but she continuously proves to be the most obnoxious person on t.v, or at least one of the most. I hate the way that she speaks to people that she has on her show, it's as if she invited them to share their opinions yet when they do, she slaps them down for it. If I were speaking to her I think she'd make me feel as if I'm an idiot who doesn't think with her brain. I can't stand it when people continually address others in condesending tones as if they are right and shouoldn't be questioned. But the simple answer is that people find her entertaining and that's why we keep tuning in or stopping on her show for a few seconds when flipping through the channels. But my parents told me that she has a sad story from her past as well so it isn't as if she isn't speaking from experience on some subjects addressed on her show. ( Her fiancee was murdered about a decade or so ago I believe. I'm not sure of how long ago.)
