Can anyone tell me how to solve this trojan virus?

Since last two months whenever I login into some sites this virus pop in I don't know why it happens and how to solve that I regularly scanned by using both Kaspersky and Spy bot search and destroy but still this problem is not going. Can anyone suggest something how I can solve this?

It would really help if we know the name of the virus. could you tell me the symptoms that occur. why did you call it a virus, are you 100% sure its a virus? i haven't seen a virus that opens when a browser starts. it could be different. please be specific and try to notice more of whats happening with your PC. try looking at the tools in your menu bar of windows explorer, can you see the folder option? can you use the task manager? can you access the control panel? this things will really help

At first install mcafee last wellknown upgrade version that is 8.0.i. if u have oter one then install the antivirus then check the last virus definition likes update file through internet by going mcafee.com. if trojan virus in your computer then scan whole computer and when u gets this virus then clean it now u r safe.

try to install norton anti virus to your pc. and try to detect the files that is being infected by the virus. if that file is not important, just delete it to delete the virus. if that file is important to you try to move the virus to quarantine. norton will help you alot, im sure. i use norton at my pc and it is virus free because of it.

Thanks, am using Kaspersky,and used to scan almost all the time but still not solve.

Search for it's patch in different forums. You may get it. The first step is to know the exact name of the Trojan. Then search by it's name, and follow the links. You will soon get some information on that, in forums, where other users with same experiences have written. Try to find a patch from any such user, and then run it. if it doesn't works you will have to format your computer. To get better results in your search jot down the few problems associated wit this virus, and try matching them with others' records.
