Hello smalneni There are lots of benefit in morning walk. If you go for morning walk your blood circulation will be increased,barefoot walking in the morning will improve the visionary problem, heart problem will also be improve. Number of benefits are there. To keep fit,slim and healthy it is essential for morning walk.

Morning walk is good exercise but ensure you are talking some light food. Besides, morning walk shall be slow and relex, dont rush on it or it will give negative effect to you
