Hello all,
I am planning to buy referrals and upgrade in neobux. But still I am confused that will it be safe to invest on it. I have not invested any amount on any ptc so far. Kindly suggest me whether I should go for it or not. Do you know ant other site that will pay guaranteed. And if I rent 100 referrals how many of them can I expect to be active?

You can rent referrals from any site once your'r comfident that it'll pay you. I too haven't invested a penny online to earn money as I haven't made any yet. Out of the 100 referrals you rent, you can expect atleast 45 of them to be active all the time.
