I like to have hard candies around all the time. I like cinnamon ones and spearmint. I used to be able to get coffee flavored ones that had chocolate centers. With the dieting I have been trying to do lately I find the hard candies serve as a bit of a naughty slide that I can feel okay with. I don't have chocolate bars or big dishes of icecream anymore. Just a candy or two. Don't you think that is better?

it is funny I never was a candy person nor gum person, I do prefer my chocolate bars over all of that.

I love candy. But I am one of those women that love chocolate I think I probably eat atleast one piece a day at the very least. But they say that chocolate has some anti-oxidants and the same stuff that makes you feel like your in love its actually kind of crazy.

I think if it helps curb the need for other sweets that are worse a couple of hard candies shouldn't hurt, they are relatively low in calories, and most of them don't have any fat. In the past when I have dieted, I have chewed on sugarless bubble gum to get me through the cravings, I would find the oddest and boldest flavors I could find.
