Do you diligently log out of mylot.com or do you just close the window?

I take pains to diligently log out of some sites but this is not one of them.
Banking sites ask us to log out but many sites do not make it compulsory. And after all, it is our own computer at home.
Sometimes I just close the window and walk out.
What do you do?

Earlier I never used to log out of mylot, but now I often do it as i read and my friends also advice that one should always log out of the site when leaving. Many times I do sign off, but sometimes when I'm in hurry I just leave it like that, come back after 2-3 hours, just to find that it's still open. But I do try to log out from all the sites which I open.

I normally log out of my more important accounts for peace of mind but i do not bother logging out of mylot. It's easier to access the site and start posting right away. Also i'm using my own computer and not sharing it with anyone so it should be fine to leave it as is. When i'm not surfing mylot anymore i close the window.

When I working from my home, I do not log out, if it is a public place, I log off from mylot window. However, I have observed that sometimes even if I do not log off and next day when I open mylot, I am asked to sign in again.

Yes, you are right, after a gap of few hours, sometimes, we are asked to sign in again.

For all sites, unless I login on someone elses computer or laptop I just close the window.
Since I go on mylot now and then all the time I am not going to be bothered to keep logging in and out. I just shut the window and come back when I want to and post some more!

I don't log out after being on myLot. I go in and out of myLot all day and it's just easier to stay logged in. When checking an account balance online, I do log out of the banking site. I don't think it's safe to remain logged in when it comes to personal banking. The sites are suppose to be secure but it's not something I trust.

Hi kalav56! I used to just close the window and walk out from the computer before. However, for the past weeks I have been logging out as diligently as I could but there are times that I forget to log out. I guess, this is one of the habits that I am trying to correct at the moment.
Take care always.

I completely agree with you. It is a lot of pain to log out from not only myLot, but most of the sites over the Internet, and the same pain is to log-in, in case you have not saved the passwords already. I just close the window since I use myLot on my personal computer, and I love it when I automatically get logged into myLot after just typing myLot in the address bar. LOL.

No I don't tend to log out of mylot. I don't think it will come to any harm if I am logged in, it saves time next time since I don't have to put in my username and password. Often I will leave myself logged in throughout the day so I can easily come back to mylot whenever I have the time or inclination.
I am always conscious of logging out when I have been paying bills, or any site where I have entered credit card details. But generally with many sites I just close the window.

Hi Kala
It depends on where I am. When I am mylotting from elsewhere I make sure to log out and when at home I hardly bother. I just close the window rightaway.
