I love my tea strong with just a little bit of milk in it. I do not take sugar in it at all. I used to drink my tea black years ago as I am allergic to milk, but a little bit does me no harm and it's good for the bones.
I have to have 'two cups' of tea in the mornings to bring me around. Then I start on the coffee.

Hi myLot freind, Actually tea means combination of tea leaves extract with milk and sugar (for teste). but actually, in the hill areas where tea guardens exist, there are, in certain areas, there is no provision of milk of cow or goat, or any other animal. In such occastions, the tea leaves boiled in hot water with little sugar taste the best, the people use to enjoy such drink for your kind information. Seasons greetings and all the best wishes.

I do not drink leaf teas but herbal instead. I do like cream in my non-citrus teas, it gives them a smooth silky texture that is purely delightful. Any tea with citrus doesn't take cream very well.
