Do you ever see Lap Top in cafe....?

I think there is no chance for Lap Top in Cafe do you ever see Lap top for use in the internet cafe?If you did see tell me is it conforatble..

I haven't been in the internet cafe for more than two years now. And even before I never seen a laptop to use in the cafe.
