I think I did pretty good when I was learning how to drive. The only thing I remember doing, shortly after I got my license, was bumping into a car while I was parallel parking.
I got out, and checked, there was no scratches on either vehicle (back then we had chrome bumpers on everything), so I just went on about my way.
I don't think I have ever told anyone about this until now. LOL
Thanks for starting this discussion, and have a great day!

The first days of driving is always accompanied by incidents. I was once with my husband in his first drive. There were as many as three incidents. First, at a road cross waiting for the green light, because of our late start up, the car behind scarcely hit the tail. Then in front of a crowded hospital, when bypassing a BMW, our car scratched its side because of lack of experience how far the curve should be. Thanks for the quality painting, no scratch was detected. Finally, when making a U turn, we saw in the dimlight a car dashing by next to ours. None of the three ended up with an accident, but really hard to forget.
