Now a days so many organic stuff in the supermarket or organic groceries, Before I just eat those normal stuff without thinking about chemical residue behind it. First, I thought that, as long people keep eating with balance diet, it does not matter with what you eat. But after recommendation from a friend, she asked me to try organic vegetable. I told her, the stuff is more expensive from the normal one. But for the sake of my body, I switch some of my menu to organic one. Since we live in the big city surround by chemical. I just wonder, is taking organic food will help our body to detox?

I use to not think much about organic food except the fact that it is more expensive, but I am now around more people that eat mostly if not all organic food, plus it is more readily available than it use to be and I have to admit it does taste better, cleaner than the foods with pesticides. I now eat many more organic foods but the thing that opened my eyes was a video by a healthfood guru where he had all these different foods on a table and he sprayed roach spray directly on each food item and even mixed some in a jar of baby food and yogurt then held it up to the screen and said, "hungry?" By doing that he really brought home the point of what we are truly eating.

his message is true...and gross...we indirectly eating foods with chemical residue. It's true those with pesticide are looks good, looks nice and without worms or etc...after realized the fruit like apple and grapes. It's just too pity they spray it. Fruits skin are good with fiber but yet it poisoned. That's why now as a parents, we have to watch out more and give the best food for our family and our kids.

I totally dig organic and herbal foods, also supplements. Definitely it helps our body to keep healthy and be more on the go. However, it's true enough that organics are expensive than the average vegetables and fruits. But I suppose whichever, both are really good that can be add extra goodies in our health.

It takes a while for the body to detox by itself. But eating organic foods won't add as many more toxins to your system. There are many supplements that can be taken that help the body to detox. Some are in tea form, while others are mixtures of cetain spices, and fruits.
It is more expensive, but it tastes so much better then the the gentically modified foods that are loaded with chemicals and pesticides. Plus organics are so much better for you.
