Cloned phones

Plenty of gadgets like mp3, camera and cellphones have replica/clone. Imitating every gadget that comes out of the market and selling it to a cheaper price compared to the original ones. What do you think about this? How do you think will Companies react and handle the fact that their products are being imitated?
