Search Engine Inclusion

I know this may sound like a stupid question but please forgive my lack of knowledge! I have a web site for my newly acquired money-making opportunity but how do I get it onto search engines; Google, MSN, Yahoo etc? Whenever I do a search it doesn't come up. Also what is the difference between Google Adwords and Google Adsense. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have to update your pages in proper way then use SEO tools to inform to all search engines about your site.
