I feel they don't. Not at present times though. For them campaigning is the investment part, and once elected, the ringing of their cash box is their return on investment. Huh ?? Did some say society ??? Whats that??
i also feel,tey don't,they should,but they don't,if they are doing their jobs correctly the world would have been a better place.especially in india,there are big speeches and there are corruption and incompetence.
