I draw anime. Drawing is my hobby. How can I improve more this hobby into oney making? what should I do?

One of my best friends is an anime drawer as well... What she does is looking a lot of anime videos and trying to emulate the characters, also she has tons of papers filled with her drawings 'cause she's constantly drawing. You can paint some modern art or whatever fascinates you and start sharing it in exhibitions i guess.
