I do not know what majority of people will reply but I just want to know answers from different people located in different countries and cultures.
One of my friend asked me this question and was wondering about answer because I do not understand question properly and thought may be it is related to different religion or something.
I know about Muslim people who pray on this day and Christians also celebrate Good Friday. Besides these I do not know anything about bringing bad luck on Friday or something.
Waiting for replies.

I am from Honolulu, Hawaii and I've never heard about Friday being a bad day to get married. In fact, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the most common days for weddings in my hometown. I wonder what cultures have this superstition. I'll have to keep an eye on this discussion to find out if anyone has this belief. Thanks for an interesting topic.

I'm in Vermont, US and I have never even heard of that. I'm sure that it's just some kind of superstition. I've heard that Friday the 13th is bad luck but I don't believe that either. I think Friday would be a great day to get married - it leaves you the whole weekend to do...whatever with!

Getting married on a friday is bad luck that is just not truth. I believe you marry any day you choose if you have no luck in your marrige its probably means you are with the wrong partner.

Yes, I do agree with your reply. No matter when and where someone marrying but if you have not chosen right partner it will surely lead you to bad circumstances only.
