e-mail ID cracked!!!!

Did you ever come across with a situation that you have been noticed that some changes are being occuring in your ID without you, and finally you realized that your e-mail ID has been cracked / hacked by someone.. Did you ever face a situation like this that you are doubted that your ID has been cracked by someone?? what did you do then ??

I did actually fix a mate of mines computer for him once and when I was testing it all out, I installed MSN messenger for him but didn't realize that it was set to remember email addresses and passwords. When I had left and he reset his computer it was automatically signing into my MSN account. A day or two later he decided to have a laugh by logging in to my account and flirting with my girlfriend's cousin. I wasn't amused as you can imagine and he nearly got me into a lot of trouble!
