What do you think of fatih healers?

Have you tried being cured by a faith healer and do you believe in them and what they are doing?
Suppose the doctor cannot cure you and someone advises you to go instead to a faith healer. Would you follow that person's advice?
I used not to believe in faith healers when I was younger but when my sister was cured by one I began to believe in them and what they are doing. Of course they say that only those who have great faith will be cured.
What do you think? What could be the reason why people are miraculously cured by these faith healers? Culd you share your views regarding this matter??

their faith healed them. if you believe that the faith healers can heal you, then it will happen.

I think that faith is what make people really get cured. You are right.

I do not believe in faith healers. Although the apostles of Jesus were given the ability to heal the Bible clearly states that those gifts would not last forever.
I'll admit that sometimes it can seem like certain people are healed by 'faith healers'. This can usually be accounted for by a mind over matter mentality. Sometimes we can heal ourselves, especially if our symptoms are caused more by our state of mind rather than our physical bodies.
