leche flan - simple and easy

ing. 5 eggs, condense, evap, sugar
1.separate egg whites and egg yolks
2.prepare boiler, put sugar into the stainless llenera. so that it will transform into caramel. (caramel is a melted sugar)
3.beat the egg yolks, condense and evap together.
4. when the sugar is melted and brownish put the egg yolks, condense and evap.
5. boil them until 30-40 mins.

hi madposas, my dear friend, thanks for the recipe. my family is a big egg eater. every one enjoys egg here. this is a unique dish for me to give them a surprise one day. i willl not be telling how i made but i will be disclosing that i have learnt it from one of my mylot friend. its so simple to make and easy. i hope i make it the right way and it turns out to be tasty so that people can enjoy. thanks once again.
