Some of them are, I don't know why, some of them are very intelligent though. I guess it depends on the individual.

Someone told me once peroxide soaks into the brain, then brain cells die... This is what I have heard and I think I beleive it. But I am a blond so what do I know?

Well... I am a NATRUAL blonde, and had a college GPA of 3.95 I don't think that's dumb! So no, and I'll bet there are a lot of extremely intelligent blondes out there? What do you call a Brunette standing in between two blondes? INVISIBLE!
