usually you can download a website builder but when it comes to a domain name you have a monthly price .is it possible to do everything completely free and if so can you please provide the website and how to do it ???
i want to make my own website , so plz tell me how can i??

If you want to really create a website with free hosting, try visiting my site in my profile. Look for free webhosting menu and sign up to their site so that you can begin creating your own imagined site. It's completely free plus php and mysql editor.

I have done my own web site on www.tripod.com and at www.geocities.com geocities is a yahoo company. Both are great for beginners.

There is always Multiply.com it is for free but you have to deal with the www.you.multiply.com but if you really your own web name might as well go to the best web developers, i think they will handle everything. all you have to do is to pay them. ^_~
