How do you feel when you dont sleep well?

Sleeping is one of te thing that i really enjoy very much.Even in medical term its slow healing medicine.Its hard for me to compromise my sleep.If my sleep is disturbed or I have not slept well,I feel frustrated and my days go very wrong.I can sleep for hours and hours.Even i hate people when they snore while sleeping.My grandmom and my dad snore really badly that i have to sleep before they feel sleep.

if i don't sleep well or my sleep has been pre-maturely disrupted, i get cranky. It'll be in a foul mood and not so agreeable. As a matter of fact, my parents know that when i don't get enough sleep, it's best to stay far away from me. HAhaa. Your problem is that your family members snore.. my dad grinds his teeth so loudly that i can hear him from the next room. Honestly, i don't understand how my mum can sleep soundly with that horrible noise. I get disturbed by it even when i'm in the next room.

That was funny one.My parents also know about my sleep so nobody dares to come in my room.My mom gets sound sleep by putting cotton on her ears.

When am not get enough time for sleep am feel lazy,sleepy,washy,not enthusiasm. That why 6 - 8 hour for sleep is really important for my self.how about snore? hhmmm.... no one my family member ever said am snore when am sleep.they just said am talking when am sleep but no snore Lucky me.

When I don't have enough sleep, I feel so tired and a little bit headache. I can also get easily frustrated with some thing. Having 6-7 hours sleep for me is fine, but I feel better when I have 8 hours sleep.

I feel in bad mood, tired and really nervous when I have a sleepless night. I don't sleep too much since I have a very light sleep, which makes me wake up several times during one night. However for me sleeping six hours is just enough to be prepared for the day.

when i dont sleep well or my sleep gets disturbed i feel a bit frustrated and start acting mad i get angry easily and cant pay off my attention to things i do more of this happens when my exams are going on i cant sleep well and cant pay attention to my studies and the days go really bad to worse
