Loads and loads of discussions!

Me too, I have loads of discussions on my inbox. I was not able to respond a lot of it because I was not able to log in for a couple of days. I am too busy with others things. I just pass by today to answer some but I still have a lot. I hope I could have time tomorrow to clean up my in box.

It's always nice to face a mail box full of discussions but it's also mean a lot of work, I love it and I just take one at a time off and on during the day, pretty soon I'm caught up. Enjoy

I don't have Mylot email alerts set so they tell me when someone has started a discussion, only if they have responded to one of mine. I've been away from Mylot for a while and am trying to get back into the swing of it, the money comes in really handy and the pound is weak against the dollar so I get more when I get paid.

For the last few days I have been on strike regarding my inbox. I refuse to be a slave to it!!!!I have been marking as junk all the newsletters I have ever signed up for and am no longer interested in, so hopefully I won't be confronted with an overflowing inbox every day when I sit down with my cup of tea to relax and answer a few emails, hehehe. My neighbor's cat got trapped in my upstairs apartment for a week or so (yep, the same cop whose steel trap my little kitty got caught in). He came pounding on my door today while I was doing yoga (with my Russill Paul music wafting out the windows). I wasn't going to answer the door but I did. He said "Would you do me a favor" in a VERY sarcastic tone of voice. I said "Not likely!" and proceeded to shut the door in his face, but at the last minute I decided I was curious what he was going to b!tch about. When I heard about his cat, all my animosity towards him melted and we actually had a very friendly exchange! Fortunately for his little kitty my brother had left a few pouches of sample packs of puppy food up there and the cat had ripped those open and had been eating them so he wasn't starving. And at least he kept all his sh!t on one chair, and a leather chair at that, so it will not be too hard to clean it all up!

that used to happen to me until i took all my notify's off. now i just answer my discussions, go comment on friends discussions that are nice enough to comment on mine, or if im desperate to discuss, i'll look for a good one. so, now i enjoy mylot a lot more.

Hey positiveminded! Happy New Year to you! Yes, I have surely been mylotting away! My emails have also been exploding lately! I guess everyone is back to their old selves starting lots of discussions again now that the holidays are over! So I have had to pick up my responding speed again! I had also slacked off a bit during the holidays and now I want to get back into the grove again! I haven't started any discussions yet, but I guess I will think of something sooner or later!

I have this problem, well problem I think is the wrong word because I welcome the notifications I get otherwise I wouldn't have them all turned on! But when I go away or have a break they pile up, it's like an inbox isn't it at work, if you don't sort your inbox out it piles up and up and up and before you know it you have pages of notifications waiting to be dealt with! Good on you for clearing the backlog and I always appreciate your responses my friend.

I am trying to clean out mine, I was busy for two days doing other things so it was hard to work on the computer.

Hi positiveminded, I always work till late and clean out my in-box everyday and in between I had to get up and cook the dinner and clear up then back on my computer, so yes I do work very hard. Tamara
