hehehehe................. guys, as i said i've collected Naruto up to the filler episodes and Bleach (which i think is fairly new.....) I've been looking for Air Gear.... which is also new i think..... but hey.... i dont have that much time or money either to look for and buy anime..... i guess its better to collect anime than to wait for each episode to show on TV..... i felt bad when i missed an episode back when i was still in school..... and the anime i've stated are the one's i think we're classic.... that's for old timer's like me....... hehehehehehehe.............. 'Akira' anyone..............

yes, i agree with you. animes today improved, yes. i like animes today than before because animes today improved the drawings, color combinations and other special effects. and because i draw anime and i always watch anime, i consider myself as an anime addict or anime nuts, others call it.

Well then, my friend, you can try watch NARUTO! :D If your really an anime fan, you'll be surprised how much NARUTO can make you hooked! Really! For someone who is NEVER an anime fan like me, it was a slight miracle that i became watching anime just because of NARUTO. Thumbs up. You should try watch it and come back here to tell us how did you find it. ;D

i started watching anime around 8 years ago... my first would have been dragon ballz and ghost fighter ("Yuyu Hakusho") when i started watching these, i started to like the fine lines and the art, it was a whole lot different from the cartoons that ive grown up watching mainly disney and kiddie stuff (alvin and the chipmunks, care bears, rainbow bright, etc) after that i tried looking for others i stuble upon macross/robotech trilogy, trigun, gundam - endless waltz, voltes 5, Initial D, Vandread, Saiyuki, Hunter x Hunter, slam dunk, Samurai X, Zenki and OVA's like "A Wind name Amnesia", Ghost in the Shell, Metropolis(the new one), Appleseed, Hunter x Hunter: Greed Island and this OVA about a rouge star turning people into monsters, with god looking like a caterpillar. i also have manga's with "I's" being the one i fell in love first... but i guess that would be for another discussion theres a lot of anime i have for gotten the titles like this anime with gigantic robots and another where he turned himself into a gigantic wave or somthing to battle another gigantic wave destroying stuff to keep itself exisiting through the sound emitted by destruction. hmmm... come to think about it theres tons of of anime i've watched but forgot the title. now that i have a job i've started colelcting them. i have naruto up to the filler episodes (episodes 170+ i think), Bleach (up to episode 60+), and i just got my hands on the complete series of Yuyu Hakusho, planning to buy GTO on my next pay. I also think anime/CGI are also cool, like Final Fantasy VII: Advent Chilrden, that was way cool, just had to keep watching over and over....... and i dont understand why Final Fantasy: the spirits within was a flop, because that was great as well.... well, there's just so much great anime out there it will take a ton to collect them all. its just theres something about the art that gives me a calming effect and satisfaction.

You are missing out if you are not watching newer anime. Alot of GREAT animes have been released after the ones you stated. I am a fan, but my anime watching has decreased. This is a result of UCLA rather than my own interest dying. I just can't study and watch anime without feeling guilty that I should be studying.

I still watch Cardcaptor Sakura, although I never got to watch the Japanese version here in London, which is why I didn't origionally like it... But now I've seen the proper, un-dubbed version, I think it's really good, and I think if anime was fairly represented in other countries and not just Japan, it would be even more popular... Half my friends don't even know the difference between anime and manga...
