No!
A lot of women have their first children in late 20s to their mid 30s and some even later than that.
25 is however a very good age to have your first child as you will still have a lot of energy to play while some older woman have their children at 35 and then when the child is 10 and the woman is 45 she does not want to be running around.

Definitely a big No!
I am turning 25 this year, and I have no plans of getting pregnant anytime soon. Nowadays, women are more smart and practical. They would first like to establish they're life and career before getting themselves responsible of having their own baby. In my case, I would like to settle down at the age of 29 or early 30s where I know I already am ready for a family.

Hi gagan187...
Your question both amused and surprised me as 25 is nowhere near an "old age". You will be astonished at what ages women can be to have their first born. There are recordings of first births like one in India, named Rajo Devi, who gave her first birth at age 70 through embryo transfer...she used intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). This is said to enable even poor quality sperms to be used in creating an embryo. The oldest recorded natural conception and birth was at an age of 52. Anyways, as long as you are in good health and be guided by your physician during pregnancy, I would think 25 is not an old age for a first child.
If it is any consolation, I had my first child when I was 38-years of age. I enjoyed my "singlehood" and career to my heart's content before I finally decided to settle down. I am now a stay at home mom and living my life as well as I please and in good health. My choice though was to only have one child (son) and he is now in his adolescent years...healthy and going through puberty with me and his dad as his friend.
Happy mylotting...

i do not think this is a older age because getting married at 18 is unhealthy for ladies the more age the more they have physical strength so it is generally advisble by doctors to have birth child at the age of 23-25 so a healthy child can take birth

In my country recommended age for the women to marry is 21.So 25 is not a old age as you said ,i think this is the best age for the woman to get is first child .I see many women not even get married this age. Even some women of more than 30 years of age able to give a healthy child ,so it doesn't matter about the age ,it depends upon the health condition of particular women whether she is 25 or 30.

Definitely not! Personally, I think, the age between 25 - 30 is the most suitable year for having a child since they could be financially and emotionally stable at that time. Having a child at an early age often lead to a misleading life since they were not able to prepare for it. I have friends who had their child an at early age and until now, they are still in shock on the outcome of their life. They often complain that this is not the life they dreamed of and if they could only turn back time, they prefer to have their child at a later age.

i think as long as the woman has her pregnacy under the age of 30, it is not old anything more than 30 and danger increase with age for those who got pregnant at later age due to complication so that is why many would prefer to get themselves pregnant under the age of 30. in my country, many women got married around late 20s. nowadays, they seldom get married in early 20s unlike the past in the 70s or 80s

NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had my son at 20 and I think that was too young! I'm 25 now and I'm not having another child for AT LEAST another two years! 25 is NOT too old to have a child.
Growing up I had a friend (like a mom figure) who didn't have her first child until she was nearly 40! That may be a bit old but it all depends on the person, but I can say without a single doubt that 25 IS NOT too young.
