First you put the bomb in the top floor of the building.Finish the top the come down to put the remaining bombs.After you place all the bombs leave the building from your helicopter for the bomb to explode.IF you have doubts you can ask?

Yeah!! This is a real tough one. First, without picking up any bomb (the timer starts when u pick up a bomb), go inside the building and kill all the people using the blades of the helipocter. Then come back and pick one bomb at a time and start planting them at the marked places (check out the switches for picking up and dropping the bombs, I forgot them). But be careful not to damage your helicopter too much. The bombs are planted mostly inside cans.
