i don't spend valentines day with my boyfriend

I don't like Valentine's Day either, I usually feel sort of stupid because I am not romantic and everybody else seems to be entranced. Yes,it is nice to get flowers,candy and rose petals on the floor but what if the other side(me) is feeling uncomfortable with that? As you have said,sometimes people overdo it and decide to make up for the entire year and the next day it's same boring reality. I wish I couls spend Valentine's Day relaxing somewhere where they don't celebrate that

i agree with u.....coz for me evryday is aLWAYS a valentines day for both lovers as long as there in love to each other

hi donnakristel! well in our case, it is more like finding a reason to spend time together. my husband and i always go on dates. we like them. and valentines is just another day. well i guess it makes it more exciting to go on a date like that. ihihih take care and God bless you! celebrate love! :-)

i agree that its silly to have a designated day to "love" people but it does give a good excuse to do something special if you want to
