Do you check your blood pressure regularly?
do you think that every family should have a Sphygmomanometer these days?

I have two kinds of sphygmomanometer at home - digital and mercurial. However, I don't check my blood pressure that much. My parents, especially my mom uses it for herself to check her blood pressure. Sphygmomanometer is a must for families with a history of blood pressure or cardiac diseases.

hai friend .. i am sona from indai . i am working as a nurse.
i reagularly check my family members blood pressure . every one after the age of 40 will check bp once in two month .incidence for bp increase with age . so it is a must for any family .

It is a must. Monitoring blood pressure is so important that every individual should practice before it's too late.

well i dont check my blood pressure regularly but my father does and we have got a sphygmomanometer at our place and every family should have one

Checking BP everyday is stupid if you it is lower then 130/90 and is varring during 24h. It would be good to check it if your BP is 140/90 mmHg, otherwise... not worth.
